My Hospital Bag

I wanted to write a quick note on the bag that I ended up bringing to the hospital.  Here's the list of everything I brought.  The majority of things I had ready to go, and I had some of the items on a separate list that I could put together quickly right before we left!

carseat canopy (to block the wind - baby was born in march)

non skid socks

2 changes of clothes for both of us

toothpaste

contact solution

glasses

makeup

phone chargers

pocket camera

professional camera

vitamins

swim shorts for hubby (in case he wanted to get in the bath/shower with me during the labor)

gameboy for hubby

laptop + charger

boppy

car seat

Things I wish I had brought:

baby nail clippers (who knew hisnails would be soooo long!)

sound machine (to drown out sounds of other babies crying)

chapstick (my lips got really dry during the labor)

small gifts for the nurses (I intended to return with some, but with a new baby at home, never did)
